Today we visited Salzburg (Austria). This is the birthplace of Mozart and where
The Sound of Music took place. This first pic is from the Marabella Gardens looking up to the Salzburg Castle.

Going Up!

Today we rode one of the steepest train rides in Europe. The train went up at about 45 degrees to a 1700 foot peak. There are some peaks over 3000 feet, but this was high enough!!!

This is a pic of Roja Affolter´s family home. We are staying with Fritz, Roja, their children, and Roja´s parents. It is a beautiful 140 year old home at the foot of the Austrian Alps.
